Beth's Fresh Sorrel Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 bunch Sorrel, stems removed, coarsely chopped
5 sprigs fresh Basil leaves
1/2 C fresh Parsley leaves
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, or 2 Garlic Scapes minced
juice of 2 Oranges
Salt and fresh ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

In a blender, blend all ingredients except the salt and pepper until liquefied. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad. Enjoy!
