Creamy Sorrel Sauce
Great over fresh grilled fish and/or veggies.

Ingredients
1/2 C plain Yogurt
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 bunch Sorrel, stems removed, leaves chopped
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Scapes, or one Garlic clove, minced
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in food processor or blender.
