Kohlrabi Dill Salad

Firm favorite for farmer Jim and Jenni!

Ingredients

-Kohlrabi
-Dill
-Choose Your Dressing:
1) olive oil & vinegar
2) yogurt
3)mayo & lemon juice

Directions

-Peel kohlrabi and slice into bite-sized pieces; cubes, matchsticks, triangles, whatever shapes you like.
-Mince the dill and add to taste (Jenni loves dill, so she will use at least half a bunch of dill for one kohlrabi).
-Mix dill and kohlrabi in serving dish, dress, salt to taste and serve!
-Enjoy!
