Strawberry Spinach Salad

Apprentice Carlie shared this at potluck, a savory strawberry recipe.

Ingredients

-1 pint sliced strawberries
-half bag of spinach, about 2 cups
-2 oz Yogurt Cheese cubed
-1-2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
-Cracked Black Pepper to Taste

Directions

-Combine ingredients and enjoy!
-Even better if the strawberries, vinegar, and pepper can marinate together overnight
-Adjust amounts of ingredients to your taste
-Enjoy!
